Welcome to Cantasia Studios!
At Cantasia Studios, we bring imagination to life through storytelling, design, and innovation.
We’re an independent creative studio dedicated to crafting unique worlds, immersive narratives, and original experiences across film, games, and digital media.
Our work blends creativity with detail—whether it’s building eerie atmospheres in our analog horror series The Winterland Incident,
developing interactive experiences that expand the story beyond the screen, or designing visuals that capture a sense of wonder.
Cantasia is more than a studio—it’s a home for ideas that don’t just entertain, but linger.
We believe in pushing boundaries, experimenting with form, and inviting our audience to be part of the story.
Stay tuned for updates on our latest projects, behind-the-scenes insights, and ways to engage with our growing creative universe.

FOUNDERS
Dağhan Dumanoğlu / Cardigan
Writer, Director, 2D/3D Artist, Editor
Dağhan, better known as Cardigan, has been drawing unusual characters and strange little worlds since he was three years old. What began as
scattered doodles grew into a lifelong drive to turn imagination into something tangible. At twelve, he met Yağız — who would later become
Mr. Carpet — and together they discovered they shared a vision: to create new worlds that were fantastical, immersive, and unlike anything
else.
That shared dream first took shape in Starland, a project that laid the foundation for their storytelling partnership. Starland has not been
published to the public in any form of media but at the same time, the duo began experimenting in lighter ways, producing a comedic series
called GMod Mysteries. While playful on the surface, the series planted the seeds for something greater — it slowly evolved into what would
become the Files of Fear universe, an open sandbox where horror creators could share their nightmares with an audience.
When Cardigan turned seventeen, he had a spark of inspiration that shifted everything. Having admired the analog horror genre, he asked: What
if we take the concept and tell another story, in our own way? That question led to the birth of The Winterland Incident, an analog horror
web series set in a haunted theme park. With its mix of eerie nostalgia, dark atmosphere, and layered storytelling, it became Cantasia
Studios’ flagship project.
Now studying fashion design in college, Cardigan continues to merge visual creativity with narrative experimentation. His passion is creating
worlds that feel real, lived-in, and emotionally resonant — places where imagination transforms into experiences that audiences can lose
themselves in.
Yağız Yalçın / Mr.Carpet
Writer, Director, Programmer
Yağız, known as Mr. Carpet, is the technical mind of Cantasia Studios. While Cardigan sketched, wrote, and imagined, Carpet built the
digital foundations that made their ideas possible. His natural skill with computers, coding, and problem-solving turned him into the
go-to “engineer of the strange”, someone who could figure out how to bring abstract visions into reality.
From the moment he and Cardigan met at age twelve, they knew their partnership would be something special. Their first ambitious
world was Starland, a project that gave them a taste of long-form storytelling and worldbuilding. But their creativity didn’t stop
there. Together, they also launched GMod Mysteries, a comedic online series. What started as jokes and experiments grew
unexpectedly into the early threads of a darker concept — Files of Fear, a universe designed as a stage for horror creators to present
their nightmares to audiences.
Carpet’s role became even more crucial when Cardigan proposed the idea of creating an analog horror web series. He helped shape
the vision of what would grow into The Winterland Incident, ensuring it wasn’t just a video series, but a artistic experience that
could expand into games, websites, and interactive storytelling.
Currently studying software engineering in college, Carpet continues to evolve Cantasia’s creative edge. His work ensures that
Cantasia isn’t only about creating stories, but about creating worlds — ones that audiences can not only watch, but enter, explore,
and interact with.
PROJECTS
The Winterland Incident is an analog/mascot horror web series by
Cantasia Studios. Set in the mid-1970s town of Langside, Minnesota, it
follows four college friends—Freddy Burton, Walter Graves, Nancy
Mandela, and Harold McCoy—who build a holiday-themed amusement park
called Winter Wonderland. At first, the park thrives: mascots, rides,
and shows bring joy to the community. But tragedy strikes when Freddy
Burton passes away unexpectedly, leaving Walter Graves to run
Winterballs Entertainment on his own. The park continues forward, but
with Freddy gone, the tone begins to shift. Costumes move on their
own, animatronics perform without power, rides trap guests, and
Windy’s Winter Hotel grows impossible hallways. Radios whisper, lights
flicker, and laughter echoes in the dark. Eventually, the hauntings
spread beyond the park, consuming the entire town. Winter Wonderland
was never just a business—it was a vessel. And once opened, it could
never be closed.

The Funny World of Dolittle is a surreal horror web series
by Cantasia Studios. A young man named John Young,
unexpectedly becomes trapped inside an abandoned virtual
game from the early-1990s. At first, the world feels
harmless—bright colors, silly music, and rubber-hose
mascots wandering the landscape. But soon, strange patterns
emerge. NPCs begin following John with blank stares,
dialogue loops endlessly, and levels rearrange themselves
in impossible ways. What should be lighthearted mini-games
stretch into hours of confusion,
exits leading only deeper inside. John realizes the game
isn’t broken—it’s alive, and it doesn’t want to let him go.

Nightly Haunt is a digital horror web series by Josh C. and
Cantasia Studios, set within a long-forgotten PC game from 2001.
The game follows two friends—Jake and Douglas—who venture into the
unknown in search of a local legend: a mysterious entity known as
the Skullmaster. Their journey begins innocently, driven by
curiosity and youthful bravery, but quickly unravels into a
nightmare. During their investigation, Douglas gets kidnapped by
the Skullmaster, leaving Jake alone to search for him. What began
as a simple story of two friends seeking proof becomes something
far more sinister. The Skullmaster is not just a character—it is
the architect of the house, the presence within every shadow, and
the reason no player has ever seen the true ending. The game was
never designed to be won. It was designed to consume.

States Entity Department. The agent tasked with uncovering the
truth behind the disturbing events takes his own life before his
